Waxes are protection of the past, which only last up to 1-3 months depending on the maintenance and even with that get only few days. If waxes don’t last that long and the protections wears out as well and hence they don’t give the paint ultimate protection.

Before the applying ceramic coating, there is a preparation stage. This includes our paint correction stage(s). If the coating is applied without doing proper prep work, the coating may not perform to its full potential and at times even fail.
For new cars we do offer ceramic coating without paint correction. We perform deep decontamination process, and if the paint is in good condition and the customer is okay with no paint correction we can still apply the coating.
The difference between a proper job and a quick job, is that improper installation can lead to a lot of streaks and spotty areas, which are known as HIGH SPOTS. High spots often appear like oil stains when the coating is not properly wiped off during the installation. If these spots are left on for too long they don’t come off easy and do require machine polishing again. So, it's very important that you come to us as a professional installer with experience to get your vehicle ceramic coated.
Coatings can last anywhere from 3-9 years, (beyond 5 years is Graphene Ceramic Coating). So as the durability increase, it gets harder to install the coating. It is important to understand that weather plays an important role in the installation process as well.

Anything we use has limitations and so do ceramic coatings. If not properly maintained, the swirl marks and blemishes can return.
Some Myths claim Ceramic Coatings are scratch proof. This is not correct. Ceramic Coatings are slightly resistant to swirls and scratches which can be caused when washing the car. When you get ceramic coating on your vehicle, we recommend you bring the vehicle to us for our superior hand wash and maintenance wash plans. Ceramic Coatings are long lasting and durable but it doesn’t mean that ceramic coatings should not be maintained. Just because the vehicle is coated it doesn’t mean anything can be done to the paint.
FAQs
Will Ceramic Coat protect from rock chips?
Ceramic Coatings do not protect against rock chips. The only real protection against that is PPF. Even adding many layers of coating cannot protect against rock chips. .
Can the coating be installed without the prep work or any paint correction?
Coating applied on the paint without any proper prep work will not work as it should. We strongly suggest to our customer to get the coating installed properly.
How do I wash my car after getting the car Ceramic Coated?
Washing a car after ceramic coating is very easy. The water sheeting and beading makes the maintenance easy. Taking the car to the car wash or automated car wash will harm the coating. Always hand wash and use proper washing techniques will help prolong the coating.
What is the Cure time for Ceramic Coating?
For coatings to fully cure it can take anywhere from 3-4 days in summer and up to 5-7 days in Winter. It is recommended not to wash the car up 7-10 days,.
